At the very end of the month, between the 26th and 29th of October, Solisluna will be present at the 11th edition of the International Literary Festival of Cachoeira - Flica. Considered one of the most important literature events in the North and Northeast, this year, the theme is 'Afro-indigenous Poetics in the Bicentenary of Brazilian Independence in Bahia'.
Solisluna will occupy the Casa da Irmandade de Nossa Senhora da Ajuda, a historic and beautiful building, located in the municipality of Recôncavo in Bahia.
In the space, an exhibition of the publisher's collection will be held, as part of its 30 years: “These are publications that have marked our trajectory in these three decades. We will also have the sale of books from the catalog for adults and children and also a diverse program with our authors, with chats, lectures, text readings and illustration workshops, all with the aim of bringing them closer to the Flica audience , this powerful event, full of history” , highlights Valéria Pergentino, editor of Solisluna.
We will soon announce Solisluna's schedule at the event.
