Born in Salvador, Bahia, the author is an economist, with a master's degree in Development and Social Management, from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), a postgraduate degree in Executive Coaching, from Royal Roads University, in Canada; Organizational Consulting, from the Catholic University of Salvador (UCSal); Transpersonal Psychology, from the School of Energy Dynamics of the Psyche (DEP) and Family Constellations from ISPAB – Institut für Systemische Psychoterapie, Aufstellung und Beratung – München. She works as a consultant in human development, organizational behavior and executive coach , in addition to being a postgraduate professor at several educational institutions. In 2016, through Solisluna Editora, he released his first book “Creative Dialogue in Conflict Management”.
